Return procedure

After receiving your order, you want to return one or more items? Nothing's easier !

Two cases can occur:

1. The product (s) do not suit you

  • 14 DAYS FOR US (S) RETURN! (reimbursement of the products but the shipping costs remain dependent)

Return to your customer account and initiate the return procedure by clicking on the "Retraction" button.

Upon receipt of your return number, prepare your package.


> I PREPARE MY PACKAGE FOR RETURN
> Make sure the items are in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging: a product bearing traces of assembly or having been used can not be taken back. It will be returned to you at your expense even if you still send it to the NUTRISENS SPORT.com site.

Make sure that the packaging and the rigging perfectly protect the products so that they arrive in good condition.

Print your return number and slip it into your package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For a quick return, choose the Post Office.

We receive your parcel, treat your return and we inform you of the consequences that we give to your request.

If your return is conform, we proceed to the refund of it: NUTRISENS SPORT does not have to be valid later. All returns are always refunded within 30 days.

The repayment method is identical to the method of payment of your initial order:
- Credit card reissue
- Paypal refund


If you wish replace this product, simply place a new order on the site.

In order to save time and book the goods, we invite you to make this order as soon as possible.

Exchange NUTRISENS SPORT n I do not trade. This means that if you want to replace the product returned, it is up to you to place a new order on the replacement product and, from the product returned if you wish to save time on the new delivery.

2. A product does not conform to the photo (or description), has a defect, a quality problem or is not the one you ordered

Contact us by e-mail at contact@nutrisens-sport.com with your order number (5-digit number) and attach one (or more) good quality photo (s) of the product (ATTENTION to the weight of your images when sending by e-mail).

After study by our After Sales Service and in case of a positive response, a return port pick-up label will be sent to you by e-mail. mail in PDF format:
- Print it,
- Paste it on the package (ATTENTION: only one part of the label is to stick on the parcel, the other part is to hand over post office for proof of deposit),
- Enter your order reference number on the parcel,
- Deposit it at the post office of your choice,
- The transport will be billed to Nutrisens Sport (ADD-ONE).

If your return is compliant, we'll refund it within 30 days.
