HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR ENERGY BAR TO PERFORM DURING THE EFFORT
In combination with your energy drink, we recommend consuming an energy bar (or gel) every hour during exercise. This will give you a supply of energy directly assimilable by the body. The bar has the advantage of cutting liquid foods and avoiding a feeling of hunger.
